Group Therapy

Life After College Graduation

College graduation is a big milestone and accomplishment. It brings with it many hopes and fears about the future as well as questions about who you are and what do you want for your life. Many people in their twenties feel excitement, stress, and uncertainty during this period of transition in their lives. You may feel overwhelmed by all the choices you face or confused about what direction you want to take. You may also feel alone now that you are on your own, with new responsibilities and freedom.

Group therapy will provide you with a sense of belonging, an opportunity to process and share your experiences with other people struggling with similar issues, and an opportunity to gain insight about yourself. The group will also focus on such issues as changes in your relationships with friends and family, issues surrounding your self-esteem and identity, and how you navigate your day-to-day life.

Are you struggling with:

  • Choices about the future
  • How to balance work and social life
  • Dating
  • Partying too much
  • Feeling lost

If so, this ongoing process group for young adults in their twenties may help you navigate the challenges you face in life after college graduation.

Joining the Group

The group therapy fee is $60 per session, with an initial individual consultation fee of $125.  After speaking on the phone, if it seems that the group might be beneficial to you, you will meet with me for an initial consultation to further discuss your situation, find out whether you feel comfortable working with me, and decide whether group therapy can appropriately meet your needs.

Please feel free to contact me to discuss the possibility of joining group therapy.
